There is 1 specialist shoe shop in Dublin for larger sizes:
Cinderella Shoes
Top floor of St Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre (same side as Laptop Shop but down the other end)
Sizes: 8 - 12 UK
Styles available for both wide and narrow fittings
cinderellashoes.ie - you can buy online, worldwide delivery
Comments: Most of the shoes are quite expensive, with casual styles typically 80-100 euro and more dressy styles at around 150. However, there can be great reductions in the sales.
The casual styles generally cater for an older market or those with more conservative tastes - you won’t find the equivalent of the latest high street styles. However, there is a wide selection of shoes, which is improving all the time, and this shop offers by far the best selection of large size shoes in Dublin and is well worth a visit.
Evans
Branches in Henry Street, Blanchardstown, Liffey Valley
Sizes: all styles available up to size 10 UK.
Styles available for wide fittings.
You can also buy online from the Evans website. They deliver to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States and Republic of Ireland, EIRE, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark and Italy.
Comments: This is the only other store I know of in Dublin where you are guaranteed large size shoes in stock.
Most of the styles are fashionable and prices are fairly reasonable too.

High Street Stores stocking some larger sizes:
Barratts - stock some styles up to a size 10. The chain is in administration and a large number of stores are due to close shortly.
Next - you can order size 9 shoes in some styles via http://nextdirectory.ie/ and collect them from certain Next stores. While you pay online when you order, you can try the shoes on in the store and there is no obligation to keep them. You will be refunded there and then if you wish.
Shoe Zone - stock some styles in size 9. This chain has branches throughout UK and Ireland. Prices are usually cheap, some styles look it, but others look quite well. Worth a look for everyday shoes. There is a store locator on their website.
TK Maxx - branches in Stephen’s Green, Blanchardstown and Carrickmines
Worth a mention for feminine looking runners in larger sizes. It can be hit and miss, so you need to check regularly, but there can often be trainers in pink or other bright colours available for around 20 - 30 euro. Most common brands available are New Balance and Reebok. Many styles may be men’s styles technically, but don’t look it, and some are women’s styles. I bought a pair of size 10 women’s New Balance pink runners there recently.
