Clarks
Size range: up to 9 UK
While Clarks retail outlets rarely have size 9s in stock, their UK website does have a lot of size 9 styles to choose from.
There is free delivery and returns to your home or any Clarks store.
Unfortunately, you can’t seem to buy online if in Ireland, but you could go to an Irish Clarks store and get them to order the shoes for you.

Evans shoe sizes are very generous and you may need a size smaller than your usual size.
Shoes are available in 2 widths, wide fit (E) and extra wide foot width (EEE).
Every pair comes in sizes 4-10 and selected styles are available in size 11.

Hush Puppies specialise in comfortable shoes and many of their styles are available in size 9 UK / 43 EUR / 12 US.
They offer lots of everyday casual styles as well as an increasing number of dressier options.

The Hush Puppies range is also available in many high street stores, although I have found that size 9s may only be available for limited styles in store or need to be ordered specially.
