New Look has hundreds of size 9 UK shoes online, at very affordable prices. Standard styles are a C width fitting, whereas wide fit styles are a D fitting.
They do convert their size 9 to only 42 EU, but the size 9 foot length is 27cm which is typical for size 9 UK. See the New Look footwear size measurement guide for more info. Reasonable/free delivery in UK & Ireland and FREE returns to store or by post in UK & Ireland too. I don't think they do any size 9 shoes in-store - I saw no 9s in their massive shoe department in Dublin (Jervis) in October 2022.

Limited shoes now come in size 9, mainly in wide fit. True to size and budget friendly, but rare, so look out for the green tags. You can't buy online unfortunately but you can check stock for your local store online. If you're in Dublin, the fab new Penneys in Dundrum tends to have 9s in stock.
