New Brand Alert: Shahirah Ahmed up to 14 us
Shahirah in LA has just launched her own shoe brand Shahirah Ahmed exclusively for large sizes 9-14 us. Having size 12 feet herself, she knows the struggle is real!
Her first design is the Nurah 4 inch wedge heel which runs wide. Choose from stunning all silver leather, black patent with a statement red wedge, or clear pvc.
She is only shipping to the US initially, but more styles & international shipping are on the way - watch this space!

Magnus Shoes to Close London Store
20th Feb: In sad news, Magnus Shoes is closing its London branch in May 2025 after nearly 28 years due to sky-high rent increases.
Don't worry, their main Northampton store will remain open along with their online store which ships worldwide.
Their London store is on Chiltern Street, which was once the world's best street for big feet. There were 4 large size shoe shops on the very same street back in the 2000s!
So if you'll be in London before June, pop in for a last visit while you can. After that, the famous Crispins of Chiltern Street (size 7.5-12 uk) is the last big shoe shop standing. It's there since 1978 and hopefully for many more years. 🤞🤞
Ballet Flats at Birkenstock up to size 43
It's usually sandals & clogs at Birkenstock, but they've finally brought back their Tracy ballet flats - yay! They come in pastel suede shades for Spring (white, nude & sage) and black or silver leather.
They're available in both narrow fit and regular (medium to wide), only up to size 43 alas, but Birkenstock sizing is generous.
I find the closed toe makes the fit slightly smaller than their sandals though. I'd go up half a size from your sandal size ideally.
I'm size 8.5-9 uk (11 us) in smart shoes, and size 42 Tracy ballet flats fit me wearing socks, so I'd say the 43 should fit up to size 9.5 uk or around 12 us.
In Birkenstock sandals, I'm also a 42 but they feel bigger on and I could even wear 41 depending on preference. Birkenstock convert 41 to 7.5 uk and I was 11 the last time any other 7.5 fit me!
You'll need to be fast for the ballet flats, because larger sizes are already out of stock in some regions, but if you click on your size you can sign up to be notified of restocks within 30 days.

New season stock is arriving weekly at Cinderella, mainly stylish sneakers & casual sandals so far, but there's gorgeous dressy flats from Hogl (43-45, 9-10 uk) too.
These fab pink suede sneakers with orange accents & fresh white laces caught my eye. From German brand Remonte up to size 45, they're a wide comfort fit and feature their special Swing2Go insole. Fashion sneakers with arch support - yes please!

New Fifi Flats at Otto + Ivy (size 42-46)
Laura at Otto + Ivy has just launched her first new style for 2025. Fifi is a knot ballet flat designed especially to flatter long feet.
Available in 3 shades of yummy suede - red, navy or black - in both standard and wide fit for sizes 42-46. Most sizes are still available as of 17th Feb.
In more good news, the gorgeous crystal strap Amber flats will restock in March in black, taupe and silver (both standard and wide fit). Click on your size to sign up to be notified.

Glam heels & flat sandals with selected shoes available up to size 45. Affordable with an average price point around $80/£60. There's a size filter on mobile but not desktop, so here's a direct link to size 43s in stock. Ships worldwide from Nigeria or shop in-store at their boutique in Lekki, Lagos.
Walmart, USA
Walmart's own brands do budget size 11s, with some available in-store. They also do loads more shoes online with options for narrow to wide and popular brands up to size 12 or 13 including Journee, Naturalizer, Bearpaw & Comfortview. The problem is finding the large sizes, because their website filters suck! Searching by brand and then filtering by style works best. The size filter often excludes sizes 11-13 even though they're there so here are direct links: size 11, size 12 & size 13. Unfortunately these results tend to include some shoes not in big sizes - it's a mess! BUT if you're prepared to dig around, you could get a great deal. TIP: they list last sizes individually with big reductions. USA only.
