New Look has hundreds of size 9 UK shoes online, at very affordable prices. Standard styles are a C width fitting, whereas wide fit styles are a D fitting.
They do convert their size 9 to only 42 EU, but the size 9 foot length is 27cm which is typical for size 9 UK. See the New Look footwear size measurement guide for more info.
