Birkenstocks are now a hot fashion trend & still come with their famous supportive footbed. They ain't cheap but they last. I've just treated myself to the 2 strap Arizona style, but my Madrid pair are 15 years old! Women's specific styles go up to a generous 43 (12-12.5 us, or 10 uk even though they say 9), with some in both narrow & regular (medium-wide). But some unisex go up to 50 eu. Tip: Use their size calculator & it's common to go down a UK or Euro size (or buy your US size).
